vShield Endpoint for vSphere 5.0

VMware has stopped selling vShield Endpoint.  From the FAQ:

They state: 

All vSphere 4.1 and 5.0 customers with active support contracts are entitled to Endpoint, at no additional charge. For more information, visit the vSphere 5.1 product page.

Does this mean: 

All vSphere 4.1 and 5.0 customers with support can get Endpoint for free by upgrading to 5.1

Or are they saying:

Somewhere on vmware.com you can get a free license to Endpoint if you are under support.
