Hi all,
I am doing a upgrade from 5.0 to 5.1 and need to do a backup and restore, the issue I am having is that after I run the backup it seems to execute properly to the FTP site, but doesn't not show me that there is a backup available to vShield Manager. I have confirmed that the files are in the FTP directories, but again they just do not show in the UI.
Has anyone else run into this? Thanks in advance.
