failed to setup Lookup Service for vShield Mgr

Hi all,

when I tried to setup lookup service for vShield Mgr, the following error occurred:

I have confirmed the following:

1. The vShield Mgr Srv can ping 192.168.1.200 -> communication is ok

2. SSO Administrator username/pwd is correct -> if i change it to a wrong user name or pwd, the error would be "Initializatoiin of Admin Registratioin Service Provider failed. Root Cause: Cannot authenticate user", which means my username/pwd is correct.

3. SSO and vCenterSrv (192.168.1.200) are both new installation, I can access the vCenter Server through vSphere Client or Web Client.

How to resolve this issue?
