vSphere 5.5 Web Client and vCenter Windows Firewall

I am running a test vSphere setup in a DMZ and was checking the vCenter Server firewall on the Windows Server 2008. 

It shows the inbound firewall for the Web Client port as open and enabled.

I have access into the DMZ from my PC and can even RDP to the vCenter Server.

However, when I launch the vSphere 5.5 Web Client from my PC, I get Connection Timed out.

What is required to be set on the Windows Server 2008 to allow me to connection of the Web Client ?
