vShield Installation error - following vms from previous, bad or unknown installations need to be removed manually

Hi All,

For trend offline issue, i had to somehow remove the existing vShield App and start newly deploy them.

But when am deploying it am getting error as.

Following VMs from previous , bad or unkown installatoins need to be removed manually.

vShield app installation encountered error while installing service VM : Internal server error: Could not connect to xx.xx.xx.xx

does anyone faced similar issue, if yes what was the fix for it.
